Covid-19 Guidelines
Dear Members,
Just a quick note to remind everyone to submit your Covid vaccination card to the club. Over 800 of you have already done so.
Here are the ways you can submit:
Email a photo or scan of your vaccination card to
vaccinationpass@longwoodcricket.com
Mail a copy of your card to Fred Groen at the club
Bring your card in to the front desk, and we’ll copy it for you
While we’re optimistic about the current trends in this pesky pandemic, our safety committee is urging us to stay the cautious course. That strategy has certainly served us well so far.
Thanks for your cooperation in keeping each other safe.
Steve Oliveira
President
Our service to the membership is in accordance with the guidelines set by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Newton Department of Health. Please note that if circumstances require, programming will be adjusted. Our staff, in consultation with the club safety consultants, continue to monitor the evolving state public health guidelines.
There are several ways to provide proof of your vaccination status:
Email a photo or scan of your vaccination card to
vaccinationpass@longwoodcricket.com
Mail a copy of your card to Fred Groen at the club
Bring your card in to the front desk, and we’ll copy it for you
Members with guests are responsible for making sure the club has proof of their vaccination either in advance of their visit or brought with them and provided to the front desk at the time of their visit.
A copy of your card will be kept privately on your member profile to ensure accuracy and member safety. This will not be accessible to anyone but Club management.
Any member who seeks an exemption on medical or religious grounds should send their documentation (a letter from a physician for the former or an explanation for the latter) to
exemption@longwoodcricket.com
. Their situation will then be reviewed by a subcommittee of the Board.
